What is your return policy?

We hope that we have done our job in providing accurate product descriptions but nothing is ever perfect. 

Return Policy: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange it for anything else in the store within 14 DAYS of the original purchase, in unworn & unwashed condition. A credit to a gift card can issued as well. We DO NOT offer refunds.

All apothecary, food items, discounted + promotional sale items are FINAL SALE & ineligible for exchange or return.

Any items received after 14 days will be handled at our discretion. This includes the item(s) being shipped back to purchaser at the purchasers expense. In rare cases, credit may be given with a restocking fee.

Limited edition product is subject to its own set of rules. Please find this in the product description. (Normal exchange policy applies unless otherwise listed)

Shipping is free with a $200+ purchase. We will contact you with specifics on your shipping costs otherwise.

How long until my order arrives?

Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. If we expect any kind of delay, we'll notify you immediately.
